In typical Oakland A's fashion, they have clinched their division again. They have one of the smallest payrolls in MLB, trailed the division most of the season, and have a roster of relative no-names. They even had to come back and win in extra innings last night. But they have the best pitching in the league and a youthful energy and desire to win, which makes this team the most exciting to watch.

Last night's win couldn't have been more appropriate: the back up catcher, who has spent most of his career in the minors, entered the game when the starter was taken out for a pinch runner. At the top of the tenth inning, he made the perfect throw to second to catch a guy stealing. In the bottom of the tenth, he hit the game-winning single past bazillion dollar shortstop Alex Rodriguez with the bases loaded. Nobody even knows who the heck this guy is....
